Zach's Chili Mix will give your dish an extra kick of flavor, and is to make.  Simply add to 1.5-2 lbs of chili meat of your choice, 3  cups of water and optional tomato sauce or tomatoes,  simmer for 30-45 minutes and voila!  Great with Cornbread, chili dogs or layer it up with Zach's Pinto Beans, chips and cheese for a delectable chili pie.
